The Ways I Relax

     Relaxation is one of the most ambitious thing people will ever get during daily life. Pure relaxation is even harder due to the environment surrounding us. We may have annoyances and problems but pure relaxation will help us a lot . Whenever I have time to relax myself, I usually listen music, mediate over a period of fifteen minutes ,and feed myself. You may have others ways of relaxing yourself but personally I believe the three methods I have is the best way for me to get to a "zone" of pure relaxation.
     After a long day of class and work, I may find myself into exhaustion where I no longer want to work or sleep. I keep thinking about what happened during work then  its time for me to listen to music. Having a slowly played song is really helpful when I can;t falling into sleep. I find myself singing during the process of me listening the music,the slow beat and lyrics really help me getting into a satisfying mood after so much happened during the day time. Sometimes it is also good if I am lying on bed while listening music because it will get me even more relaxed. Having a fast beat song like rap is just not my style to relax because I can not lay and feel peaceful while curse language is used. It will sometimes turning me more frustrating due to how those bad words runs straight into my mind and drain my thoughts . But a peaceful music will be well because the joy and mood I get is so well. After listening a excellent choices of songs I won;t even notice or have any pressure of my stressful day.
     Meditation is also a great way for me to relax myself.  Mediation have helped me so much joining the summer and now. I have became much more focused, peaceful and attentive to whats happening around me after mediating joining the summer break. Meditation is so simply  but it have so much benefits. Meditation is also easy to execute, firstly I usually grab something soft to sit on and sit for 10 seconds then start meditation. I usually really count my breath while meditating, and its really important to clear my thoughts process joining my meditation. Its really hard to meditate fifteen minutes, so I started with like two minutes then gradually I moved up till fifteen minutes.
     Feeding myself is also another great way for me to relax myself, I certainly feel so comfortable after getting huge amount of food in after having  pressure. I know its not good for my health but I will do it anyways because I absolutely enjoy it and can;t stop doing it because how easy and effective it is to get rid of "the weight on my back".
     In conclusion, I think it is not hard to find best fit ways for me to relax but it is the time I have to relax. Me living in a developed society where I  don;t have a lot time. It is really hard for me to even split a hour to relax so lastly and most importantly of all is getting enough time for relaxing or any method will not work.
